WHY WE EXIST

It is a tragedy to look about our society & see the devastation that has been brought to bear on the youth of today. Young “Children” forced to grow prematurely beyond their innocent years. Some through circumstances others through violation, this was not meant to be, it was never a part of God’s plan.

In his book, “Us Aussies” Mel Garvin points out that twelve years after the first muster of the colony in 1800 it was found that there were 958 Australian born children of whom almost half (398) were either orphans or totally neglected by their parents.

Sadly since our inception things haven’t changed much! We are a generation that has fallen in love with “football, meat pies, kangaroos & holden cars” At the expense of our families & more to the point our children. Fathers who have abdicated their God given responsibility & that is to lead their family. The bible tells us that our children are a gift from God, a gift that is very precious in his sight.
